I read the article in your link …. but I’m afraid that it only seems to cast more doubts about the reliability of your claim that Russia does not pay attention to Kosovo Serbs, dear.

Firstly, your article doesn’t state what percentage of Kosovo Serbs applied for Russian citizenship in 2011. Unless you can show that a significant majority of Kosovo Serbs (who numbered over 146,000 people according to estimates stated in this link http://minorityrights.org/minorities/serbs-3/ ) applied for Russian citizenship, I’m afraid you can’t validate your sweeping claim that these applicants are representative of the Kosovo Serb people.
