First ,her father Nezir Istrefi—a journalist was killed in 2004, by your KLA for writing articles exposing their involvement in Drugs,Arms selling ))
Second , she will represent Albania with Albanian passport ))
Third , she is not going to singer any country Anthems ))
She is even welcome to sing and live in Serbia if she wants . We already have Croatian Severina Vučković and Bosnian Lepa Brena -
Fahreta Živojinović.
Remember , we have Albanians living peacefully in Serbia . As well a lot of Albanians from Kosovo get treatments for their illness in Serbian Hospitals .

1) There are even black basketball players from U.S. who live like a king in rural Russia.
As long as you do not want to do anything ill-spirited you are welcome to live your life.

2) Kosovo-Albanian is a valid ethnic according to Russian law. So is "Elf", "Jedi" and "Sith lord". You can be half-Elf and half-K.Albanian and put that in your passport.
AFAIK, the only two you are prohibited to take are "Nazi" and "Wahabbite". Do not think Era Istrefi is either, so this is a no-news.
