"Irreversible" is a sign of denial. Some of those countries think they are exceptional and as such, can dictate terms to other countries. That has led to much destruction and destabilisation, giving less credibility to them. Good news is our friends are becoming united, stronger and more credible while those opposed are more divided and weaker.
That is the reason a solution is sought quickly, precisely because time is running out. A frozen conflict we have, resulting in more than autonomy, less than independence. The only solution is to remove the frozen conflict and negotiate an agreement based on more than autonomy, less than independence.
Independence is out of the question. Do those fools really believe bombing, humiliating, and punishing Serbs into submission will work? Do they not know history? Remember that the Austro-hungarians, Ottomans and NAZIs are history, while Serbs were at the forefront of their destruction.
