What you don't understand is that Tito borrowed heavily from more prosperous western countries. When it came time to pay the loans back, he couldn't and the country began to unravel. There's a difference between borrowing money and servicing that debt versus going bankrupt. They move production to the cheapest places, now China (which officially is still communistic) is better of thanks to this. In first place it hits the weaker western economies like Italy, greece, spain.

The richness of Europe and North America is build on the time of colonization and even today goods are taken for cheap money from poor countries.

He concealed the massacres of Serbs, Jews and Roma by the Croat Ustasha and forbade anyone to talk about it. Vucic should not be making decisions either as he is from Bosnia. Serbs should boot him back to Bosnia, and if the Bosniaks want to throw stones at him again - that would be his problem.
