I like the reference to status neutrality and the immediate legally binding agreement.
So, status neutral not to offend those 5 who didn't recognized Kosovo + legally binding agreement (in international law they are called treaties, in domestic affairs they are called LAWs) between Serbia and Kosovo.
I don't know why Serbs are jumping up and down with joy when clearly Serbia is called to recognize Kosovo. You don't sign any legal binding agreements with entities you don't recognize their existence. Even if somehow the language of the treaty would be such as "status neutral" implying that Kosovo would be part of Serbia again does anyone in the right mind would believe Kosovars will sign it and Kosovo parliament would ratify it?

Maybe if you read the article count, it was stated quite clearly that the EU supports "status neutrality". Now you can try to spin that however you like but Serbs have been quite clear, we are not giving up KiM for EU membership. Got it? Good.
(Zoran,

If it's not yours what makes you think you have the power to 'give it'? Got it? Good.

There you have it, straight from the horse’s mouth. Serbia can’t be eligible for EU membership until there is FULL normalization of relations with Kosova. And of course, FULL normalization means recognition. Serbs can spin it any way they wish, but the bottom line is recognition.
