EU Integration Minister Jadranka Joksimovic, US Ambassador Kyle Scott and USAID Mission Director in Serbia Azza El-Abd on Tuesday signed two agreements.

Time to renew the old bonds between Serbia and America that were so terribly ruptured under communism and later when Yugoslavia entered civil war.
He called on all citizens of Serbia to look at the map and see how US aid contributed to their local communities in the country, and noted that the map shows only infrastructure activities supported by the US Government.
What this gesture of 22 million covers is tiny in regards to the damage and harm that was done to Serbia. The amount alone, would simply cover the cost of leasing the land where Camp Bondsteel is right now.
That's very sweet... The US also spent 12 BILLION to pay for the illegal bombing of SERBIA to support albanian terrorists and organ traffickers, all within 78 days! The US can take their tiny "grant" and stick it where the sun don't shine!
