This is like saying Albanians will decide what happens to Serbia.

President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday that the citizens of Serbia will have the opportunity to "declare themselves on a solution for Kosovo."

The Albanians fought heroically against a larger and well-equipped army. UCK had light weaponry, Serbia inherited all the Yugoslav military arsenal. UCK were against all odds and they still stayed and fought like heroes for their Kosova. Please stop the nonsense bragging and know your place.

If I recall correctly, and I do, the citizens of Kosovo wished to remove themselves from Serbia, and everything to do with it. So why now wish to vote, in what you consider to be a different country.
You're asking for a Kosovo wide vote that will impact what you consider a different country.
Serbia however still considers Kosovo to be part of it's own country. Which is how Serbia can legitimize its wishes to have Serbia-wide votes that include Kosovo, what it considers a subset of Serbia.

If I recall correctly, and I do, the citizens of Kosovo wished to remove themselves from Serbia, and everything to do with it. So why now wish to vote, in what you consider to be a different country.
You're asking for a Kosovo wide vote that will impact what you consider a different country.
Serbia however still considers Kosovo to be part of it's own country. Which is how Serbia can legitimize its wishes to have Serbia-wide votes that include Kosovo, what it considers a subset of Serbia.
