Still uncertain whether Spanish PM will attend Sofia summit

Bulgarian newspaper 24 Chasa is reporting that Spanish PM Mariano Rajoy will attend an informal meeting of the European Council on May 16 in Sofia.

Whether he attends or not, that decision should be done in the best interest of International order, not because of Srbija or anybody.
These are talks on how to save "face", not the ingrity of this abortion project called "kosova"...Again, I think Spain is just the tip of the iceberg...many more "unique" cases like "kosova" are looking & going to happen.

The west set the tone and countries like Russia, China, India, etc are going to take advantage over it...
Gonna be a day, probably soon, when the west will say.."we set a terrible precedent" with this "kosova" project...and guess who's gonna pay for it;)
