Yeah, last time I was in Belgrade... walked past unkept boulevards, grass growing everywhere, broken stairs at Kalemegdan, a depressing zoo, spray paint on everything, stray dogs almost everywhere... then thought, you what they need? More fountains!

Well since the city had to get a bigger budget to cover up the hole that was made.
When i mention hole I would also like to stress that most of the potholes in the roads formed during the winter still aren't fixed.
The Solaris buses have been repainted in the "new" colors but most of there front suspensions are breaking up due to neglect.
The Christmas lights are still up in a few places...
Ada brige has only half of it's lights working(like it allowed to be in the dark as a symbol of the former government).

New fountains can wait for a few more years, fix what's more urgent.

In my experience, the whole of the former Yugoslavia has a large number of broken, damaged or disused fountains. one in almost every town. It's good someone is trying to sort it out.
