What do you think should happen?

Should we partition the district and allow it to join a foreign nation just because couple of thousand Albs live there?

Can we say the same about Wales if the Welsh decide to break away and join Ireland or Bretagne,France (for instance) because the majority of the population are Celts?
Or even better, parts of Liverpool to break away and join Wales because several thousand welsh people migrated there during the industrial revolution?

Or should we allow Dutch Brabant to break away to join Flemish Brabant because the provinces have the same name and people speak the same dialect?

What about Belgian Wallonia? Should it break away and join France because they are French?
