Obviously, constitutional lawyers framed the agreements (in English) which Albania and Serbia signed off on. If there has been a misunderstanding of the agreement after being translated into Serbian and Albanian by either party, it should be a simple matter to clear up. I suspect this is what happened, if so, I believe a final agreement will be reach soon. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of a constructive relationship of mutual respect for the two countries.

If ZSO is operatating in Kosovo of course they should respect Kosovo laws.

The most important thing for Serbia is that it have stability from now , low inflation , strong curency +5% against euro is remarkable and i think it will have a good gdp grow to in 2018 around +4%

Croatia reached the maximum potential , Serbia ony rebuild itself for start big economical grow in 2020s when most of countries will be at maximum potential and very low gdp grow

As said someone before in 1999 Serbs showed to the world how to defend your country against most big super powers from the planet

I am happy that Serbia is doing better now

People from Romania and Serbia suffered a lot in different periods of time

In 2017 in Romania it was always someting good to bark , it seem to be that the river finised to flow and if IMF data base gdp from today or this days will be bad for Romania i will shut up as i had shut up till now , and same i will shut up if we will have low gdp grow in quater 1 2018

Here is the compromise: Serbia wanted to get rid of 1.7 million Albanians, get to get scot free with the murder of 10,000 of them . Kosovo wanted unification with Albania but got independence instead.
Seems fair to me, since both sides lost something.
