Oh come on Tomy troll, you know that every day is April fools day in the dysfunctional fenced-in ghetto. Nonetheless, it’s good to read the announcement that one of the leading fools in Pristina announced they would obey Belgrade.

If the ZSO goes through then we can make some good progress. It will give Serbs the freedom we need. Our areas will be aligned with Serbia and accepted by Albanians along with our churches and freedom of movement, this will be a big step.

Albanians will have their independence from Serbia but Kosovo's title remains in our hands. Truth be told, we don't want K-Albanians in our system as they would otherwise have jobs and breed like rabbits again. With the Serbian economy improving and the government handing out large payments for children born in Serbia, better for Albs to live in "Kosova"***

It's all heading towards more than autonomy, less than independence.

Looks like nothing will happen and when the ZSO is done, Pristina accepts that Serbs in Kosovo are aligned with Belgrade, as is reality. A step in the right direction.

Trepca is not a single place its a complex with multiple mines. While two smaller mines are controlled by serbs, the crown jewel (Stan Terg Mine) is controlled by RKS. Trepca without Stan Terg and the Lignite reserves (also controlled by RKS) isnt worth much. The more you know.

They have not done it in years, what makes the stupid EU think that they will do it in four months? Just another delaying tactic.

Fortunately ICJ has no say over UNSCRs, only the security council does, which is the reason why the secretary general hosts a regular session on Kosovo. It's part of UNSCR1244.

I can only imagine the wording of this draft coming from Pristina. Why wait four months? We know they're going to half-ass and tear gas their way to some incomprehensible and unworkable offer, only to expect Belgrade to reject it and then say that Serbia is "uncooperative" in efforts towards peace.

You nailed it. There could be a possibility to set up the framework for the ZSO without the approval of the Kosovo leadership. If they did try to interfere and do something stupid then the Serbian government would have no choice but to do whatever is necessary to protect Serbian citizens. I don’t think the EU or KFOR would do anything to prevent the Serbian government from protecting the welfare of its citizens

The agreement even provides support from the Serbian government that will not be subject to duties nor tax lol

Fortunately ICJ has no say over UNSCRs, only the security council does, which is the reason why the secretary general hosts a regular session on Kosovo. It's part of UNSCR1244.

ICJ didn’t bury any UNSC. You may wish to learn that the UNSC is still in existence today. I have visited Kosovo many times and you are right, a domestic train from Kraljevo to Zvecan along contiguous train tracks (no passport required) is an overt example of how KiM is an integral part of Serbia. Serbia had to wait for decades to get visa lib. We are in the process for only two years.
