US President Donald Trump proposed meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Washington when they spoke by phone last month.

Trump and putin are for themselves. They care nothing for helping people in their countries. Putin elects himself and he elected trump, trump is a wanna be putin dreaming of a dictorship like putin has, too bad these two idiots and in there positions.

President Putin will accept any invitation to meet Trump, but whether he will agree to meet in America is another thing. There are elements in the American government who would kill Putin if they thought they could get away with it. It might also be a tad humiliating for the Russian President to rush to America to meet the mighty POTUS (President of the United States). A meeting on neutral territory would be ideal and Belgrade is friendly with both countries.

There seems to be a total disconnect between the White House and the machinery of government.
On one hand, the US expels 60 Russian diplomats in “sympathy” of the UK, then in the same breath Trump invites Putin to Washington for talks. This action on its own is an insult to Teresa May.
From his behaviour Trump does not appear to believe any of the Skripal nerve chemical story.
