The EU provides money for the operation of Kosovo such as the government, judiciary, police, hospitals, education, KFOR. In other words, everything.

There have been moves to reduce this dependence by Pristina imposing certain taxes and levies on entry into Kosovo, but all this is small fry. If Brussels were to stop giving aid to Prisitina, Kosovo would last about 5 days.

The aid gets smaller every year since the EU has financial difficulties of its own. The aid is drawn from various programs so if you were not aware what to look for, you would never find it. Exact figures are difficult to obtain unless you work for the finance department in Brussels. Today its very common for employees to sign confidentiality agreements that do not permit disclosure of any kind, sometimes up to 5 years after leaving.

Since the US transferred responsibility to Brussels the only monetary support the US has made in KiM is the construction of Camp Bondsteel.

Serbs appreciate more the Russian donated dog with diplomatic immunity in Niš spying center.

Albo Tom, Serbs spit on the US, but they come running after us with gifts such as this flood warning equipment; the time before this it was a $30 million retirement home.

Meanwhile Albos cant stop grovelling to the US, what has the US given to your Albos?

Beggars can't be choosers doesn't mean anything to you, it seems. Not surprised. Funny story, when you take the money you have to listen when the ambassador calls. I guess free money from USA is better than going to Africa like Dacic and getting nothing but food poisoning 😂

This donation is trying to show the Serbs that the Us is their friend. They are not demanding anything since on a scale from 1 to 10 Serbs think the US is a -11. They are kissing Serb arse. Its Albos that have to jump and they dont get a thing LOL.

I have no problems with the US donating to Serbia, but while the US donates consider this.

Oklahoma teachers will be on strike on 4 April 2018.

There are districts where students only go 4 days a week to school. Some do not have enough teachers and in another school grades 4 and 5 students went 2 years without a teacher and in grade 6 these same students can only read at grade 4 level.

One head of a department in a school said that she had only 29 textbooks for 87 students.

There are broken chairs in class, outdated textbooks that are duct-taped together, and class sizes that have ballooned.

Teachers are so drastically underpaid they are forced to donate plasma, work multiple jobs, and go to food pantries to provide for their families. They live from pay check to pay check.

The average salary for a teacher in Oklahoma was one of the lowest in the US. Education over the last 10 years has lost more than 28% of funding. But this is not just Oklahoma. Next to strike is Kentucky and Arizona.

Out of curiosity just how much has the US donated in Kosova? I know they left you the best gift – depleted uranium. Apart from the uranium did they do anything else?

WHAAAAT? This article must be a mistake! The $1,000,000 system must have been for this "Kosovo" project, no? Seriously, really?
But, but...I thought...isn't this "kosova"...I'm confused!

Some people just don't get it;))
