Romania, Cyprus join Spain on Kosovo - what about Belgrade?

Kosovo has absolutely nothing to do at this meeting. Kosovo is already represented by Belgrade and its enough that the representative from Belgrade call Kosovo interim leadership to tell what has been discussed.
No other province of any country will be the I assume.

Notice how only the crappy countries in europe dont recognize kosovo (i.e. serbia, russia, ukraine, romania, spain, greece, ect). only the nice countries recognize kosovo (i.e. sweden, norway, netherlands, france, Uk, germany, ect). Why is that?

Nothing new and nothing has change at least we know who are our real enemies. Spain,Romania,Cyprus and Greece are the countries that did not recognize Kosovo independece since the creations of Europe's new state. Greece, Romania, Cyprus, Spain? It seems like the "Beggars Brigade" run out of handouts, and are angling for something else in return.

Spain and Romania are already having a taste of what does it do to put an equal sign between Kosovo and their separatist regions. Russia is jumping to take advantage of any ethnic conflicts around the world. Catalonia and Transnitsria are already being targeted by Russia and i expect the Hungarian regions of Romania to be targets soon. When Spain and Romania are in deep trouble because of Russian interference they will see how important EU,US,UK support is. Cyprus already knows cause without UK support the whole island would be turkish by now.

No need to imagine. According to the existing reality of UNSCR 1244, KiM is a part of one integral territory with Serbia. A situation the other way around, where Serbia is an integral part of one territory with KiM, is synonymous and also consistent with the UN and UNSCR 1244.
To your specific concern, Serbia’s citizens, including those living in KiM, would also “feel” no differences between these two mutually inclusive “situations”.

I never figured out though why Serbs are so fanatically attached to imaginary past?! This imaginary glorious past is the root cause why Serbs are perpetually unhappy with their current NOW, and it was like this forever.
