Hey washer,
Little by little you will understand that other country have constitution, and you like it or not will not matter much. You will be watching behind the fence. Thus "fake" country is made the same way that your serbslavia was made,never forget that.
And in case you forget,your little serbslav constitution was changed right on the middle of negotiations between serbslavia and kosova,sponsored by UN and headed by Ahtisari

If it was Kosovas fault, Mogherini would stop in Prishtina and not in belgrade,and tell them this should never happen again.
As far as association, Kosova will allow it if is established according to Kosova constitution laws.
Slavserb don't want to respect Kosova constitution, same way that kosovans don't respect slavserb constitution. So what are we going to do?

Kosovo I Mehotija already is under a constitution, The Republic of Srbija!
