The Albanians keep sayin KLA defeated the Serbian Army--Milosevic handed Kosovo to NATO after wining the war in Kosovo that is the historic Fact. But Kosovo is still Serbian territory UN resulution 1244 technically Serbia defeated NATO who demanded Serbia to hand over Kosovo to the Albania after 5 years.
Serbia won the war in Kosovo now it's only matter of NATO to move out of Kosovo.
