Was thinking, how that entire thing does work.
Below the the code snippet.

I think, basically, the "whoIamNow" parameter is from a random number generator.
The code is not 100% correct because the parameter is not normalized and if it out of the range, a new moniker is created with new standard set of text.

That part of the simulation code is not here but you have the idea.
