The chances that a psychopath is at the top of an American corporation are significant higher than in, say, Germany, Russia or Slovenia (at the top of German, Russian or Slovenian company).

Unlike Germany, Russia or Slovenia - America itself, including every government institution (Federal Reserve, Social Security Administration, US Navy etc.) is a corporation.
So the conclusion is: one psycho gone, one arrived.
NB: it is not necessarily bad (for the company) if a psycho is at the top of the company.
It is not necessarily good for the employees of the company tough.
