I say this many times in this forum would Serbia replace its Constitution and place same constitution Kosovo has where Albanians have same rights as Serbs in Kosovo as per constitution:

1. 2/3 of Minorities to change a constitution
2. Only Albanians in Kosovo Police

4. Albanian reserved 10% of parliament of Serbia

If this was offered in 1999 maybe we would not be having this debate. Serbia always has a plan for Kosovo with removing 95% of population. Serbia got Vojvodina as part of WW1 I never see people in Hungary ask for it back so why is it ok for Serbia to gain.

Maybe you should read a little history, those are Kosovo Serbs who were cleansed by the Ottoman and Albo Turks after the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. That's when the Albanians came to Kosovo.
