So, this new KiM Tribunal is way over due, unfortunately I don't see much coming out of it. The US created a Tribunal not a court. In a court there are specific rules regarding evidence and witnesses. In a real court here say, rumor, second or third hand information is not permitted while in a Tribunal its Raftery’s rules.

Just a small example. On 29 January 2018, Jonas Neilson, research associate to Justice Alfonso Orija on The Hague Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, admitted that the Tribunal did not have any evidence of Republika Srpska military planning any action in relation to Srebrenica.

This is damming evidence on the Tribunal since General Ratko Mladic was sentenced to life imprisonment based on the very premise that Srebrenica action was well planned by the Republika Srpska army.

If we used the same tribunal to prosecute US transgressions throughout the world you would not have one military commander left – they would all be serving long, long sentences.
