"We'd not allow NATO to use depleted uranium during drills"

It is a lie that depleted uranium will be used during a NATO exercise in 2019, says Deputy Defense Minister of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) Boris Jerenic.

NATO would not use the depleted uranium penetrator rounds in training. If any rounds were fired, they would be steel Target Practice (TP) rounds. The United States does not fire DU rounds in training. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission jumped all over the Navy for mistakenly loading two Marine Corps Harrier aircraft with DU rounds that were fired in Puerto Rico. The USS Kearsage's Commanding Officer was called to account for this mistake.

It’s only an exercise.

The news is that someone wrongly reported something, not that NATO is doing something unusual.

Your mistrust of NATO should be redirected against Serb nasty nationalism which encouraged lots of murder and INVITED an intervention despite lots of warnings given to Milosevic ahead of time.

We Serbs know that when U.S and NATO come sniffing around, they want something.
It will not benefit the Bosnian Serbs it will only benefit NATO.
They probably will still use Depleted Uranium and then say sorry we didn't mean to use it.
