The only agreement that will ever be reached will be not to give Kosovo independence. Whatever it comes down to, municipalities with more power etc, we will still be bound to our Province of Kosovo. Serbia's borders with Croatia are not on the Danube mate. These were an internal arrangement made by Tito and not recognized by Internationale treaties. Serbia's borders with Croatia are not on the Danube mate. These were an internal arrangement made by Tito and not recognized by Internationale treaties. After WW1 all borders were signed off by the major powers and they are still in force to this day. Why were your Croats yelling traitor to Kolinder? because this is only the start.
The only agreement that will ever be reached will be not to give Kosovo independence. Whatever it comes down to, municipalities with more power etc, we will still be bound to our Province of Kosovo. This will be put in place until such times as the US is cleared from many parts of Europe and Russia start building bases.

In Balkans, they should pass ONE Minority law that all have to obey this way all get treated equally when it comes to (education, language, culture...).
This way no more bickering and having 30 different rules i.e Serb in Croatia vs Serb in Macedonia why should they be any differently treated etc.
