I am not from Balkan, but toured there twice recently. I can tell you why Serbia snatched most foreign investment in Balkan so far and the trend will continue. Let's be clear, I have no intention to belittle any other groups here.
The key is the quality of work force. Serbia is able to provide a steady highly-educated work force, which Albania lags behind, and possibly Croatia too.
The second key is infrastructure. China has been assisting Serbia in modernizing its infrastructure. Inevitably, the rest of Balkan will lag behind in this crucial factor for development.
Serbia not only snatched three times more foreign investment than Croatia last year, but also quality of investment. Unlike Croatia's heavy investment in tourism industry, investments in Serbia are in industry, infrastructure, energy and technology, which are engines of development.

We want our property back. In krajina, all over croatia. By any standard of international law, everything must be returned. Any contracts of sale must be declared null and void due to duress.

First, I have not encounter one single ustase in Croatia. Instead, I met many honest people there. Croats in Istria I met told me that Croatia is indeed a poor country; People watched Serbs competition at Olympics on TV; when I carelessly bragged of how many medals my country won, they would defend Serbia " but Serbia is a much smaller country,". In Zagreb, our tour guide did not claim Tesla is Croatian as ustase online do. He had grudges against Serbs but was saddened life was much worse after Yugoslavia. In Split, our guide loathed the 90s war as stupid.
Ustase is more visible online; they must hide for sure. However, I do agree with you they can hold a whole population as hostage, and that what criminals do.

My favorite thing about Maalapan, NJ is that they still have full service gas stations where they employ mostly Albanians - probably better money than the alternative, dishwashing....

In the year 2020 our minimum pension will be more than AVERAGE PENSION FROM CROATIA will will have minimum pension 400 euro and average 700 euro and here is why 1775 lei 1 point all pensionaries who worked over 10 years have 1 point 10 years => 1 point 1775 lei => 400 euro

Serbs and Muslim Bosniaks as well as Albanians are simple people.
They don't get along purely because of ethnical division.

Dragoljub Djurkovic, I tend to disagree with you often more than slightly.
As a Balkan outsider and tourist there, I can offer my experiences.
First, I have not encounter one single ustase in Croatia. Instead, I met many honest people there. Croats in Istria I met told me that Croatia is indeed a poor country; People watched Serbs competition at Olympics on TV; when I carelessly bragged of how many medals my country won, they would defend Serbia " but Serbia is a much smaller country,". In Zagreb, our tour guide did not claim Tesla is Croatian as ustase online do. He had grudges against Serbs but was saddened life was much worse after Yugoslavia. In Split, our guide loathed the 90s war as stupid.
Ustase is more visible online; they must hide for sure. However, I do agree with you they can hold a whole population as hostage, and that what criminals do.

I have never been to Romania or Albania. I did encounter many Romanian tourists in many parts of Europe. Wondering if any Albanians vacation in Romania?
