It seems like Drecun is trying to politicize the investigation, emotionally charge it, so as to distract the public and provide cover for the real killers.

This is a strange request from Serbia knowing it will be rejected:

1. Would you allow Kosovo Police to come to Serbia investigate some murder?

2. How many murders of politicians have gone unsolved [Arkan, Djingic...etc]

Red Herring is that Serbia is going crazy with accusations.

They have Eulex, also are inviting FBI to help with the investigation.

Qui bono or cui bono - Who benefits from the death of Ivanovic who is not in parliament and would not interfere in Kosovo with much as he had no power south of Mitrovica.

Drecun reminds of a blindfolded kid swinging a bat at a pinata.

I'll bet Ivanovic's killer is someone in Drecun's and other Serb officials' social circles.
