Individuals that consider this a bad thing are Serbs living in 'Central Serbia. and yet these individuals visit Croatia on a yearly basis. Croatians can go to Belgrade having a peace of mind but if Serbs from BG went to Zagreb or Split; that would not be the same.
That said, Crnogorci are Serbs and always will be Serbs. They are just different breed of Serbs. Language, Customs, Culture is a different and that's the same with Serbs living in different parts of Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia. Remember Kosovo was part of Montenegro and most of the Serb population in Kosovo are from Montenegro through heritage. People like to bash the Montenegrin Government but it's no different from the Serbian Government. The Serbian government is probably worse.
