The uk srebrenica resolution had nothing to do with Serbia, unless, of course, you believe that Serbia had something to do with the genocide that, according to the UN, was committed in Srebrenica.
(icj1, 13 January 2018 19:12)

Wrong again. The UN did not declare anything about Srebrenica. This must be a Srebrenica in your little brain that your are thinking of.

Of course not. There’s no shred of truth that can be subtracted from a complete lie.

Well done UK.

A good pragmatic analysis of that disaster area.

Well done too for the interventions after the evils done particularly in Bosnia by dishonourable and illegal actions by locals.

Well done too for keeping up a positive pressure to clean up the excessive corruption that every Serb knows is endemic in Serbia.

... The document also states that it is "concerning that support for EU membership in the Western Balkans has weakened," ...

This coming from the U.K. ...
Brexit anyone?

A good pragmatic analysis

This so called pragmatic analysis included the bizarre criterion of “NATO membership”. Since when did membership in a military alliance become the litmus test for corruption?

Laughable.

Further is the criticism that “media companies had been privatized to meet EU requirements but....bought by those close to the ruling party”.

The proximity of private media to domestic politics is inherently close, even in the UK. Of course the UK want foreign media to parrot BBC propaganda, but “pragmatically” this would only spread UK corruption.

Freedom loving people across the world have long ago rejected UK/foreign colonization and the false “pragmatism” dictated by their parliament.

Julian- absolutely right. Helka, or whatever she is called is poison. She is at the centre of uk srebrenica resolution, always working against Serbia with Duncan, Benyon st al. Stuck in the past and filled with hate. she was Hague’s adviser and has weaselled her way into the corridors of powers dictating Balkan policy in the uk.

This proves what we've been saying for a long time. Serbs are good at talking only. Now everybody seem to recognize them for that. Another example is others seeing Serbs seating in two chairs.

The UK has done very little to really help Serbia in the last twenty five years. And has thus lost a great opportunity.I suspect that an influence on this report from the House of Lords was the Bosnian Arminka Helic who was a close adviser of the Foreign Minister in the Cameron government. She is now a member of the House of Lords.

Yawn! Another irrelevant report by another irrelevant bunch of people, soon to be out of the EU. As for 'on paper only', you could say the same for Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania and the Balts, except they are willing to (mostly) toe the line and kiss ass.

What is missing is what is the plan to make Serbia do what is demanded? More threats? More promises? A bit of both? The same old game? More BS? A bit more bombing and some threats? None of it looks good or clever. They've run out of ideas so will return to the old ones. Pathetic.

Screw the UK, they've done enough damage to the Serbian people throughout the years. Mind your own business and stay in that dreary Island of yours and keep pursuing your Brexit agenda - leave the contiguous Europe alone.
