Serbia didn't sell their airport, it's just a long term lease giving them the right to run the airport the way they see fit, and make a profit. In turn, Serbia will benefit as well.

And make a profit!!! How much profit is of benefit to Serbians when the "Profit" belongs to someone else?

Not a wise move. But normal is a Globalized economy.

Vucic said they made a deal not to change airport fees for 3 years? Hahaha is that because they’re already inflated by ever so many years?

Flying all over the world and I can with 100% certainty say, it’s the most expensive airport to fly in and out of. Hopefully this French company can run it more efficiently and set a precedent so people will get used to cheaper travel to and from Serbia.

I presume they’re allowed to introduce a low cost airline which will also increase competition and lower prices across the board?

In turn, Serbia will benefit as well, and 25 years isn't a very long time if you think about it. There is a stretch of highway near me in Chicago that's owned by an Australian Capital Investment Company - this is rather common.
