1. Open Kindergarten in Mitrovica that has top standards from EU (ie Finland best schools ever) and have 50%Kosovo Serb Kids and 50% Albanians.

2. Sunceni Breg in North Mitrovica should be built but with 50/50 and bring Albanian families that are peaceful educated and start rebuilding together, living next door will help.

2b Same thing in South Mitrovica.

This will heal wounds and bring progress. The solution is with the thought of living together as neighbors not expecting other side to leave or disappear.

This area is currently under occupation by the international community, and under AGREEMENT, VS is momentarily not present in it. @icj1 - Sweetie, VS is not trying to take care of business in any other country than Srbija...There seems to be a issue with it's southern province of K&M. This area is currently under occupation by the international community, and under AGREEMENT, VS is momentarily not present in it. Know this, when they do go back in, invited or not, it will probably pit EAST vs WEST...and the first to feel the pain will be the so-called "Kosovars", followed immediately by Srbs.
Not a good situation...therefore, the goal is for Pristina to negotiate a deal with BG to avoid a terrible scenario for the Balkans.
There is a way out of this situation, but both, Pristina & BG must have the courage and wisdom to follow thru...however, I don't see the Thaci & hardinaj as people who will, for their own interests, negotiate honestly in the name of Albanian citizens.

UN 1244 Kosovo is Serbia, also it states that Serbia has the right to send 1500 police officers to protect its self from terrorist groups such as KLA. So EU start supporting Serbia against Albanian mafia and terrorist group called KLA.

They will have to "reactivate" the KLA anyway if they approve the border shift between Montenegro and Kosovo (Albania). There will be a considerable number of Albanians who will find themselves overnight citizens of Montenegro and do not want to be, and a good number of Albanian organized crime leaders who will lose control of vital black market smuggling routes to Montenegro. I want to start a "Go Fund Me" page for Haradinaj so he can cut his own throat, but I "Daut" he would know how to retrieve the money. He's used to selling "Nickel Bags" on the corners of Pristina and getting the cash upfront.
