I think you're still missing the point! It's not up to Thugsi and Hard-and-dry to vote on any EU proposals
(ChiTown, 1 January 2018 17:36)

Who is missing that point, dear? You?! Because nobody else where wrote anything about any "Thugsi" and "Hard-and-dry" voting on anything!

it's a EU decision.

You still have not provided the number and date of that EU directive. Does it actually exist or you just dreamed about it?!

Is it possible that Thaci and Haradinaj might have thought about abolishing this Court? Sure... But thinking about something and actually trying to do it are not the same thing.

(njegos, 30 December 2017 16:48)

When did Thaci and Haradinaj vote to abolish this court, dear?!
(icj1, 31 December 2017 19:26

There you go AGAIN!!! At no time did Njegos state that they "voted"
(ChiTown, 1 January 2018 15:59)

Well, the only way for somebody to try to abolish this Court is by voting (the same thing that was done to establish it in the first place). The vote might or might not be successful to achieve that, but somebody needs to actually vote for njegos, you or me to say that that somebody tried to abolish the Court.

Is it possible that Thaci and Haradinaj might have thought about abolishing this Court? Sure... But thinking about something and actually trying to do it are not the same thing.

Hey Count - Following your logic and that of icj1 the Serb Hater, since the court was set up to prosecute crimes committed by ALL people in Kosovo, then it would follow that thus far the court hasn't been able to find any credible evidence to indict a single Serb, yet 60 Albanian KLA members have been indicted. Yet you, icj1, Victory 1999, Azir the Coward, Dwight, et al continue to cry about Serb war criminals walking the streets of Belgrade freely. If there are so many and these crimes are so well known, why aren't these people being brought to justice? It seems that you and the other Serb Haters that I've mentioned must know something the courts do not. I would suggest you losers spend less time on B92 and take your valuable information to Brussels.

Njegos,
Perhaps this will enlighten you:

From Balkan Insight:
“I’m astonished to read articles that say the Specialist Chambers are going to investigate KLA crimes. The law is very clear, it speaks about individual responsibility,” Trendafilova said.

“Anyone who is a citizen of Kosovo or the former Yugoslavia can be held responsible,” she added.

The Count of Kosova

Njegos,
More precisely, from Balkan Insight, Dec. 27, 2017:

But the court’s president, Ekaterina Trendafilova, during her first official visit to Pristina in November, promised that it will deliver independent justice, and insisted that its mandate is to try cases against individuals, not organisations or ethnicities.

Njegos,
More precisely, from Balkan Insight, Dec. 27, 2017:

But the court’s president, Ekaterina Trendafilova, during her first official visit to Pristina in November, promised that it will deliver independent justice, and insisted that its mandate is to try cases against individuals, not organisations or ethnicities.

I hope this news doesn't upset you terribly!

Thaci and Haradinaj both tried to abolish this court
(njegos, 30 December 2017 16:48)

When did Thaci and Haradinaj vote to abolish this court, dear?!

icj1

pre 6 godina

they did make an effort to try and abolish the EU directive.
(ChiTown, 1 January 2018 15:59)

Which EU directive did they make an effort to try and abolish, dear?! Can you provide the number and date of this EU directive?

icj1, Victory 1999, Azir the Coward, Dwight, et al continue to cry about Serb war criminals walking the streets of Belgrade freely.

I have never cried about Serb war criminals walking the streets of Belgrade freely, dear. That is a Serb-hating dream of yours where you imagine the streets of Belgrade filled with criminals. Your hatred against Serbs has taken over your dreams, dear, on the first day of the year lol

Questioner

"The text in quotes above is not what the law that established the Specialist Chambers says; it's what B92 says."
(icj1, 27 December 2017 21:59)

Whatever that law on setting up a Kosovo war crime tribunal says: One things is now clear: The KLA 'freedom fighters' which are now politicians and ministers seem to shit their pants already. Why else would they try to stop this court? That's the usual problem, when criminals are politicians and politicians are criminals. Gladly their master, the US embassador in Pristina, was intervening.
How will this pseudo state ruled by criminals ever will become a member of the EU?

From icj1 the Serb Hater: "The text in quotes above is not what the law that established the Specialist Chambers says..."

Then please icj1, by all means, provide us with what the Specialist Chambers says. And since you're such a critical thinker, please answer the question why Kosovo's leadership wanted and tried to abolish this court while the Serbs have no issues with it? Don't the Albanians who you so aggressively defend on this site, want justice for all in Kosovo?

And another thing Ms. critical thinker, let me know when a Serb has been indicted by this court. Let's total count to date: 60 Albanians indicted 0 Serbs. By the same logic you've espoused previously on this site, icj1, it would appear that no additional Serb war criminals for crimes committed in Kosovo exist since there are no indictments. Righ icj1? Please answer.

Then, please tell us what the law said icj1. Let's see you obfuscate your way out of this question. Waiting...waiting...waiting...

please answer the question why Kosovo's leadership wanted and tried to abolish this court
(njegos, 29 December 2017 19:04)

I can't answer a question about stuff that only happened inside your head, dear!

No dear, perhaps you haven't heard. Thaci and Haradinaj both tried to abolish this court and Haradinaj's brother Daut threatened to reactivate the KLA over this. You should read the new more sweetie.

njegos

pre 6 godina

Sunce! I think you're still missing the point! It's not up to Thugsi and Hard-and-dry to vote on any EU proposals, or to try and abolish the Court - it's a EU decision. You can't allow the inmates to run the asylum - sorry...
