The photo could be misleading for someone who hasn't followed the migrant story from the beginning. The article and the headline is about migrants being sent back, the photo, on the other hand, is one where migrants willingly jumped on a train hoping it would take them to Vienna.
The statement about migrants being pushed back through the fence is an obvious euphemism for failed illegal entry. Individuals tried to cross the fence illegally to Hungary, they failed, Mr. Djurovic says they are "pushed back".
Serbia was kind enough to let them in, they are in no danger there, so Serbia shall have them. If Serbia does not want to take care of those people, they shouldn't let them in. Perhaps building a fence would be helpful.

Croatia is a member of EU so they must be violating some law regarding the migrants. EU is about to punish Poland so why not have a closer look at Croatia and Hungary regarding illegal dumping of these people.
Serbia has made a huge mistake allowing them to cross over from Greece in the first place. Serbia is not an EU country and they had no obligation to do so. Now they are stuck in the middle.
Idiots.

Serbia should sent them back to Bulgaria (if they came in through that country), as it is an EU country and the first EU country they make it to is responsible for them.
Bulgarian police have been known to help smuggle them into Serbia.

Hungary has stated that it is accepting refugees and doing it so. Hungary has also the right to reject illegal/economical migrants. Hungary is acting according to international laws. Illegal migrants have no right to choose a country that gives them the most welfare and settle there.
