Can you provide to a link to the ICTY judgement that acquitted Slobo of all charges?
(icj1, 16 December 2017 15:28

icj - if you really wanted to find out the truth rather than spewing your venom, you could have looked this up yourself - a little thing called Google. Since you're too lazy to do your own search, I just picked the first, out of thousands, article I saw.

Nice try, but that link is rt.com and that is not ICTY's website. The UNSC has not appointed rt.com to issue judgements for ICTY. So you still have not provided any link to the ICTY judgement that acquitted Slobo of all charges.

The Hague found the former leaders of Croatia to have operated a 'Joint Criminal Enterprise
(njegos, 14 December 2017 17:14)

And the Hague also found the former leader of Serbia to be a member of a joint criminal enterprise... So, it's not clear what your point is!

Well, it was the Hague that found the former leader of Serbia to be a member of a joint criminal enterprise, not me. If you believe that the Hague's finding is nonsense, feel free to let the UN know about that.

There is nothing new about a Serbian leader being blamed since it was all the Serbs fault including the little tiff between the Croats and Bosniaks in Bosnia - Plenkovic mentioned it today. The Tribunal never found a former leader of Serbia to be a member of a joint criminal enterprise. Milosevic died before any conclusions could be drawn.

What is fascinating is that the Croats were on the side of the west from the start and were protected by the west. In fact the US authorized Croatia to send in Croat regular troops into Bosnia to fight the Serbs. Croatia had 15 brigades in Bosnia.

However, this Appellant court ruling has placed a knife squarely in Croatia's back and then twisted the blade in the wound. Now if they did that to the Croats they can do it even quicker to the Albanians LOL. I warned people that the west is one mean bitch.

No Tribunal has marked Croatia as an aggressor. That's a dream that Ivica experienced and he is confusing it with reality.
(icj1, 14 December 2017 14:36)

Wrong, They did just that. The Tribunal named Franjo Tudjman as the person who ordered Croatian troops into Bosnia and those 6, now less one, were part of those troops and Tudjman was the President of Croatia then Croatia is the aggressor. They have recordings of Tudjman and the six planning their actions as well as a paper trail.

Unless there is an Albo law that covers this aspect and declares otherwise.

I have better idea. How about Croatia,Bosnia, and Kosova sue serbia for ethnic cleansing and aggression committed towards defenseless civilians that never did anything towards servs. 90% of all war crimes were committed by serbian pig farmers who wanted greater servia. You are the ones who should pay billions for compensation and the ones who started the wars

Vicki, Vicki, Vicki, my sweet little Cro Facist. Unless you live under a rock, everyone knows that the largest group to get ethnically cleansed was 250,000 Krajina Serbs from Croatia - I suppose you forgot this one. Of course with the help of US/NATO - we know you couldn't of done it yourselves. Any thoughts on this one Stipe???
