What has to be understood here is that there are no tricks involved. When a country gives its word its as good as signing a treaty. What we have here is the US, aka NATO, promised one thing and then did something else.
What does that mean? Now the other side can also play that game and it has already commenced so no crying Washington.

Funny because I always thought Russia tricked Ukraine to give up its nukes so sooner or later it can attack it without problem.

NATO your real enemy is not Russia it’s the Islamification of EU that you should be worried about.
