Putin orders "victorious Russian troops" to leave Syria

Many Americans these days, whether they admit it or not (and many do), are in awe of Russia. Come to Syria, help support the secular and legitimate gov't, crush the terrorists and go home.

No endless engagement, no thousands of lives lost, no billions (or trillions) of dollars spent...only victory.

Russia's living standards might be lower than in the West, but they are the new dominant force geopolitically whether anyone likes it or not.

"The Russian leader has emphasized that if the terrorists gain the upper hand in Syria, Russian forces will carry out strikes the likes of which "they've never seen."

That statement was meant for the American fascist regime, who will tail out of Syria in humiliation shortly, either by their own accord or "assisted" by General Soleimani and his shia-militias. Russia is now represented by the Hmeimim airbase, an airbase in Hama, the Tartus naval base and an armada of warships on duty in the Med.

CONGRATULATIONS RUSSIA! Uraaaaa Uraaaaaa Uraaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Putin is a brilliant strategic player and he surrounds himself with people who have brains to run operations properly. I also admire him for the way he approaches problems. He does not squander large sums of money but uses what he has to great effect.

The US is incapable of doing much these days since “its military force is too small, its equipment is too old, and it is not trained or ready for a large or long fight”.

For the exact same reason, cannot afford it. Russia had her short span of fame, and now they go home where people starve for daily essentials.

Even worse, Serbs are cheering on as if Russians have succeeded, and somehow that makes Serbs drool.

Russian troops are still in Syria. They have a naval base at Tartus. The "pullout" involves Russian troops throughout the interior or Syria that are now controlled by Syrian government forces. With the end of the Islamic State, Russia's military objectives have been met. They are, however, staying in Syria but have returned to their bases.

In last probably 1000 years not a single time the Russian force was involved in wanton destruction à la bombing of Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki.

There is a country, actually two: DPRK and South Korea. Which do not have much historic landmarks (anymore). All were bombed by "liberators". Almost the same in VietNam.

So-called DPRK is one of the worst if not the worst regime today. But Korean people did not deserve to be bombed into stone age.

There were countless atrocities (robbery, gang-rape) against European, Japanese and even Chinese civilians done by Soviet troops. Where possible, such things were punished by death on the spot.

Now regarding Russia I have my own theory and in two words it is that Hrushov and Brezhnev were two major traitors of their country. They both slept on all of Russia's major achievements during Stalin's industrialization campaign which transformed Russia from a partly agrarian economy to one of the world's most industrialized countries. Add here the fact that during the '90s catastrophic fall and implosion of the ussr, Kodokorsky and co., the usual nephews of the revolution, took advantage and raped and robbed their own people in the real sense of these words. Also, we all remember the decade of decadence that preceded the fall, it was the same, in Albania Yugoslavia and Russia. Ms. Lalich touched this theme last weekend and it is a very interesting one. We can develop our ideas on this topic, very interesting one.

During WW1 Serbs suffered horribly at the hands of the Croats who wore the Austro-Hungarian uniform. Look up Momčilo Gavrić who lost his entire family to Austrians (Croats) and after the war Serb leaders hushed it all up for the sake of unity. Read the part when Gavric told Tito’s idiots he did not consider Albos as brothers.

When the Austrian empire fell apart the debt was apportioned to all parts of the old empire, but Croat and Dalmatian debts were written off by the Serbs in other words the Serbs paid it.

During WW2 we had Jasenovac and Tito hushed that up for the sake of unity.

Then we had 250,000 Serbs kicked out of Croatia and not a word was said by your freedom loving and democratic hugging EU or US. Today, they are trying to hush it up.

I was born in Australia. My family (mother’s side) goes back to the very early settlement days so I’d say I am at home. While you emigrated to the US.

The problem with people living in the US, and they are very nice people too, is they are kept ignorant.
The best way of describing what is happening to the average American is the frog and boiling water scenario.

Actually, negotiations on who will attend the peace talks in Sochi are ongoing and the largest group that controls the western part are the Kurds. The Russians have already approached the Kurds, who after being promised independence in Iraq by the US then sold out, have no love for the US and are warming to the idea on offer from the Russians. Those 3 bases in the west are going to disappear.

Actually, negotiations on who will attend the peace talks in Sochi are ongoing and the largest group that controls the western part are the Kurds. The Russians have already approached the Kurds, who after being promised independence in Iraq by the US then sold out, have no love for the US and are warming to the idea on offer from the Russians. Those 3 bases in the west are going to disappear.

Russian troops are still in Syria. They have a naval base at Tartus. The "pullout" involves Russian troops throughout the interior or Syria that are now controlled by Syrian government forces. With the end of the Islamic State, Russia's military objectives have been met. They are, however, staying in Syria but have returned to their bases.

Milan Kucan told his Slovenes they would be better off and richer if they leave Yugoslavia. Go to Slovenia and ask them if they are better off? Today, Kucan lives in Germany not Slovenia and he is very wealthy too.

During WW1 Serbs suffered horribly at the hands of the Croats who wore the Austro-Hungarian uniform. Look up Momčilo Gavrić who lost his entire family to Austrians (Croats) and after the war Serb leaders hushed it all up for the sake of unity. Read the part when Gavric told Tito’s idiots he did not consider Albos as brothers.

When the Austrian empire fell apart the debt was apportioned to all parts of the old empire, but Croat and Dalmatian debts were written off by the Serbs in other words the Serbs paid it.

During WW2 we had Jasenovac and Tito hushed that up for the sake of unity.

Then we had 250,000 Serbs kicked out of Croatia and not a word was said by your freedom loving and democratic hugging EU or US. Today, they are trying to hush it up.

I wonder if they have told Donald Trump the good news since during his campaign he ignored the then 4.7% and said according to his sources it was more like 26%.

Here is another conundrum; the US has a total debt to GDP ratio of 400% and continuing to rise, but the rating agencies are now threatening to down grade Russia despite the Russian debt being only 12% of GDP, hmmmm don’t you find that funny?

I do not live in the US mate and never have. I’ve visited there many times over the years with my last trip from August to late October 2017.

I was born in Australia. My family (mother’s side) goes back to the very early settlement days so I’d say I am at home. While you emigrated to the US.

The problem with people living in the US, and they are very nice people too, is they are kept ignorant.
The best way of describing what is happening to the average American is the frog and boiling water scenario.

Australian illegal immigrants (these are all economic migrants) are on an island in the Pacific Ocean and not one wants to take up an offer to go to the US. They only want to go to Australia, Germany, Sweden or Norway. Does that tell you something??????
