From the article above:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs data shows that out of Serbia's 69 ambassadors around the world, 24 have never been received by the host country's foreign minister.
These include ambassadors posted in 11 European countries: Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Great Britain, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, France, and Germany.
Except for when they handed in their credentials, Serbian ambassadors in the US, Turkey, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, China, the UAE, Ethiopia, and Kenya have also never been received by these countries' high ranking officials.
In the region, our top diplomatic representatives in Albania and Montenegro have also been given the same "cold treatmen," the newspaper said.
--------
The sweating fat pig, in the photo above, is whining again.
It seems that Dacic has discovered the Golden Rule, but only the hard way.
Only until his ox is gored does he get the signal. It took a full 35% of all Foreign Ministers to wake up Ivica.

LOL! That is because Serbia is a culture-less, Russian-wannabe banana republic run by barbarians and war criminals.

'Serious changes', a tit-for-tat move.
Maybe this can lead to being noticed or maybe Serbia can now look forward to an even cooler relationships with these countries.
So why gamble?
A better solution (and a more diplomatic one) is to reach out and keep the door open. We can at least feel better by being better (than them).
