It's horrifying that he can say that with a straight face after the acquittals of Oric, Gotovina and Haradinaj. The ICTY sought to legalize the murder and ethnic cleansing of Serb civilians and that is their only "achievement".

Serbia's only option going forward is to employ Israeli tactics when it comes bringing justice for the terrorists that butchered its people. Sadly, Serbia is no Israel, nor does it have an elite that at all care about the plight their people experienced in the 90s.

If JCE really is based on a conspiracy theory, then this is really a degradation of international law to standards of Middle Ages, probably for subduing smaller countries by larger ones like in good old colonial times. Misuse of UN institutions for third party political objectives. Absolute farce.

Serbian war criminals dirtied the name of Serbia.

They don’t deserve to be in Serbia.

Make them serve their time elsewhere.

Serge Brammertz and the kind made their best so that we need another Tribunal that will prosecute the judges themselves. Their "US Special Forces" back vocals will be punished next. As an American instrument ICTY has served them bad service I think. Only it's not evident yet ... Next day after Russia finished in Syria it started to patrol the Chinese Sea ... Now that we are free from Seoul and the young Kim obligations we can also have a better look at other regions.

The goal of the Hague was to prosecute and bring war criminals to justice in an impartial way based on facts and witnesses. This it has done reasonably well. As for reconciliation, it can only go so far. The people in the region have to do their part. Having war criminals teach in the military academies certainly does not help with reconciliation.

The highlight of this Kangaroo court is that both Milosevic and Seselj revealed to the world the bought out witnesses (Rade Markovic reversing his testinomy), intimidation, killing of witnesses to cover up crimes (Haradinaj, Oric) and US protection of Islamic Fundamentalist Muslims. Both the Serbs and Croats who fought against them sentenced to the full extent of this so called court.

Why? What's wrong with the acquittal of Albanian, Croat, Bosniak and Serb people for whom there was not sufficient evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt they had committed a crime under ICTY's jurisdiction?!

There is nothing arrogant in what I wrote. I simply stated a fact that the responsibility for the crimes committed rests with the criminals that the UN found to have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and/or genocide, not Serbia and Serbs throughout Yugoslavia.
