I write this because I've seen hundreds of engineers and economists who earned their degrees in European countries but couldnt find a job or life was too expensive and are moving back to Albania. Also consider that many of the new investments are long term ones which means it would take at least 5-7 years to see if they have any positive effect on the economy or not. What we need instead are strong unions and professional organizations that really fight for higher wages. Everybody in the region is shrinking. No more Tito and Hoxha to give medals to heroine mothers of 4-5 children. Modern women can barely give birth to a child, maximum maximum 2, they care about their body and who can really blame them?

Dacic at first you guys have to fix this: Serbia records lowest birth rate in last 100 years. Only 64,734 babies were born in Serbia in 2016. There are plenty of ways to fix that literally overnight.

@ Worry about Serbia I also wanted to work in a physics research institute in albania but they pay miserable salaries. 300 or 400 for an engineer is not bad if you don't have a rent for the house to pay.
