There is only one leader and that is Serbia, but I laugh at Dukanovic's statement about Montenegro not waiting until 2025 to join the EU. What's Djuko going to do if Brussels will not allow it in until 2025? Hold his breath until he turns blue LOL? Where do they find these buffoons?

I believe it would be best if all joined at the same time ä. Or tjere will be vetoes right and left as we're not more mature. An idea perhaps, if they join on different occasions; signing a document striping away the power of vetoing eu membership for fellow Balkan nations.

The onus is on Serbia, it cannot join the EU until it recognizes the Republic of Kosova. Many EU members have dropped this hint, yet the dense Serbs are incapable of reading between the lines.
