In the Slavic Orthodox culture it is quite normal because too often we had to defend ourselves from Europe. Those were existance wars where our priests fought by our side sometimes. Because defending your family and your land is an obligation for every Orthodox. So our church is always presented at such parades.

Congrats Serbia it was our joint victory after you set 90% of Yugoslavia free. God bless you and your non-Serb brothers in arms who helped you. Normal relative to what? Yes it's more normal than having clergy integrated as part of the fighting units that invade other countries.
