Exactly, it is unfortunate (for Serbia) that it places its hopes on Russia which is irrelevant in the Balkans. If Serbia had been smart like Kosovo, it would have aligned itself with NATO. Imagine if Serbia had become a NATO member in the 1990s - it would have never been bombed and Kosovo would still be a part of Serbia today.

What has Kosovo got out of “being smart”? Well they claim that Albos run the place but there is the EU and KFOR. The Albos can’t scratch themselves without the EU’s approval. Then we have the Serb municipalities who can veto anything they don’t like LOL.
Unemployment is rife regardless of the BS posted on websites otherwise you would not have 500,000 out of 1.8 million living outside the great success story called Kosova, and at every opportunity more leave.

Yes, Serbia was bombed and yet the west is falling over itself investing in that country with the Germans now leading the charge. The latest is Barretta arms manufacturer is looking at opening facilities in Serbia. We also have Continental, the Chandry group from India, Leoni just to name a few. Not to mention the Turkish investments – that one must stick in Albanians' craw.

How many western delegations or Turks have gone to Kosova to discuss investment there? ZERO.

The CE of B92 forums sj is correct, as always. Vlad wasn't recognizing any such proclamation because that matter has already been settled long ago when Vlad determined that when Kosovo declared independence, the whole world accepted it.
