Kosovo can't join UN, unless we strike some deal - Vucic

Here we have Vucic openly stating that Kosova will join the UN, with some caveats yet to be revealed by Serbia. What he really means is that Serbia will never become an EU member without first recognizing Kosova.

Can someone explain this to me, what's going on
how pathetic this sounds , a deal?

Or this is only about TREPÇA???

Like I said in a previous post, Vucic is slowly moving step by step to recognizing Kosovo.

He has come a long way from his speeches in Glina, Croatia in 1995 vowing to never to recognize Glina and Knin as part of Croatia to now doing just that.

So all that he said about recognition of Kosovo is slowly changing and soon Serbia will be opening its Embassy in Pristina and Kosovo will have it's Embassy in Belgrade.

Then peace and economic development will come to the region.

"I am almost certain that their (attempt) to join the UN would come to nothing, unless we reach some deal"

After implying Kosovo is no longer part of Serbia by launching the "internal debate" now Vucic says "No UN seat for Kosovo UNLESS there is a deal".
So he is not all against it, just wants something in return.

Serbia in EU, Kosovo in UN.

Albanians lost lots of people and land around them and serbs took everything... becoming a UN member or get a recognition from serbia is the last thing we need...

I remember when someone said "No one will beat Serbs again" And now Serbs are complaining about Uranium bombs.
I remember when someone said "Serbia is wherever Serbs live" and now Serbs complaining about Serbs being forced out of Croatia and Kosovo.
I remember when someone said "More than Autonomy less than Independence" and now Serbs talkingn about "Internal debate and a deal about Kosovo in UN".

So is very ironic to read a Serb writing "Don`t believe everything you hear"

No, we don`t. If we believed what we used to hear we would be vanished from the face of Earth. Instead if Serbs wouldn`t believe in everything they hear they wouldn`t started four wars, committed genocide, get bombed and having radioactive dump on their soil..

I can't imagine what deal would be made for Kosovo to join the UN unless Kosovo is reincorporated into Serbia, which is currently in the UN; or Serbia gets half of Bosnia and all of Montenegro. Albanians get triggered too easily.

Seems everyone missed this part of the article "According to Beta's report, Vucic repeated several times that Kosovo's membership in the UN would not materialize."

Also, Kosovo is not Vucic's to give away. Seems like some are cherry picking.

Serbia can agree to Kosovo in UN while still having Kosovo in its constitution? Vucic should schedule his kosovo independence referendum soon.

Serbs failed attempt at Colonization by strategically positioning poor Serb settlers with financial benefits and guaranteed employment in Kosova led to chronic human rights abuses of Kosovars by Slav Serbs.

Deal is this :

Public APOLOGY for Genocide,War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity.

War restitution

Return of illegally removed Kosova civilians from Serbia back to Kosova.

Universal guarantees to never attack anyone in the immediate vicinity.
