Oh common Mr.Vulin .... Does your "aunt" has a mustache and speak Russian and possibly had a contract to supply Serbian Armed Forces with shoes or helmets? (this is just a sarcastic rhetorical question - no need to run you investigative journalists in Serbia, keep watching and reporting on the trees that Albanians are stealing from South Serbia).
To all honest Serbs out there : He's not the first nor last Balkanian politician to have generous "aunts"...just ask Albanians or Greeks or Macedonians and they'll tell you their stories of dead aunts, rich uncles and needy nieces ....

So, our beloved military hero (who never saw a minute of army service in his entire life) had traveled 46 times across the ocean, spent AT LEAST US$ 30,000 (emphasis on: at least) on airplane tickets and AT LEAST 12 years of his life (since it is unlikely that Canadians would allow a Serbian tourist to enter the country more than twice a year) -- for the sole purpose of making a single funds transfer of EUR 209,000. which he could have made at any Canadian bank in under 10 minutes and $50.00 bank wire fee.
The Man is a Colossus of cost-cutting brilliance, a global monetary talent of the highest order, and the pinnacle of economic wisdom. Move over Adam Smith, Karl Marx, Maynard Keynes, Milton Friedman and Friedrich Von Hayek, make way for one and only Aleksandar Vulin!
It is totally heart-warming and reassuring to learn that our beloved government is full of financial geniuses, funding masterminds, budgeting Einsteins and intellectual giants of unfathomable brain prowess such as Alex Vulin. With fiscal gurus like this, who needs Paul Stiglitz?

Everywhere you look there is corruption, Serbia is no different

This can be said for most politicians in east, west or Timbuktu. Finding an honest one is rare and seems they don't last long. Schools, health and public sector budgets are cut everywhere, especially the US where funds are being diverted into the pockets of politicians and their military. Expenses scam in the UK parliament. Everywhere you look there is corruption, Serbia is no different.

Scratch a nationalist and you'll find a scoundrel behind the facade.

To cover his behind he's admitting to have committed a different crime (money laundering). Only in Serbia. By the way I bet Canadian government is interested in this.

....without a conflict of interest.

First he claimed he bought the apartment with 38000Eur from his old apartment.
Vulin now claims that he used a 200,000 Eur loan from an aunt that came into the country in bags of 9000EUR Cash over 23 separate journeys and you think that there is nothing suspicious?
....I don't care.....
(Aura, 21 September 2017 16:37)
You spend half your day on here bitching about Albanian theives and liars but when it is a Serb you dont care.
Would you care if you had a child and the 200,000 came out of the school budget and your kid has to wear a jacket to school becasue they cant afford to switch on heating.
Will you care when you lose your job because your boss won't pay bribe to SNS and loses business.
Maybe you should care a bit more about what Serbs are doing instead of Albanians

I don't care. He has an incredibly important job and is paid peanuts for it. He should have a decent apartment to live in and if he can make a little on the side, without a conflict of interest, good for him.

Just another corrupt politician. Nothing new.
