Serbs who live in Texas (or London, or New York, or Melbourne, or Vancouver) are legitimate and integral part of Serbian people. They should not be blamed for the fact that they were born outside of Serbia through no fault of theirs, or that they moved overseas before the West became the enemy of Serbian people. First, since it's clear that that the world believes people should determine their own fates, the Serbs living in Kosovo must determine their own fates. So, if they want to exit Kosovo (with their land of course), they should. Second, their property stolen must be returned or compensated for. 63% of Serbs in Serbia said Kosovo is independent so a referendum removing Kosovo from Serbia's constitution should easily pass. I just assume a vote removing Kosovo would have be to held because would people -Albanians and eu and America- accept a Serbia recognition if Kosovo is still in Serbia's constitution as a part of Serbia. It seems impossible that kosovo can remain in Serbia's constitution.
If something is factually correct you do not need to repeat it over and over to remind people.
For example 2+2 will always be 4, we dont have to remind people that it is... so why do they keep telling us that Kosovo is an independent nation?

The Serbian government is just playing along to appease the the US/EU knowing fully well they will either never become members or the EU will disintegrate before that event occurs. The Serbs should maintain the course they're on until the time is right to take over what is rightfully theirs. The US has its hands full with North Korea, Russia, China, and other planets they are trying to take over. No recognition and patience is the key.

First, since it's clear that that the world believes people should determine their own fates, the Serbs living in Kosovo must determine their own fates. So, if they want to exit Kosovo (with their land of course), they should. Second, their property stolen must be returned or compensated for. Finally, just like their has been a strong push to punish war criminals of Serbian heritage, all Albanian war criminals must be punished too. In addition, all post-war crimes must be investigated impartially and the perpetrators punished. Once these issues are solved, I think most Serbs would be willing to recognize Kosovo.
