Details emerging about arrest in Kosovo of displaced Serb

I just read more about this case.
Xheladin Sadikaj - who is also in charge of the return of displaced Serbs in the municipality of Suva Reka (ironically) have been usurper of Mitrovic's land and other property since 1999. Mitrovic, apparently pursued return of his property relentlessly, and now Sadikaj came up with this charge.
His charges don't look serious ( , 'I heard about it', and, 'the word around the village is that this happened'.) and would be thrown out of any serious court based on "hearsay evidence" that is not admissible to court.
Is that all it takes to put someone behind bars?
I suggest that one of the Serbs from Suva Reka lay similar charge against Sadikaj. That he have committed war crimes and that word around the village say so...
Then, let's see if same treatment will apply to Albanian. I'm afraid that we all know the answer to that question.

That sounds about right for paranoid Albanian jurisprudence. The man wanted his land back, so the only thing left to do is accuse him of war crimes and divert the attention of the legal system. Thank goodness KLA terrorists will be tried in the Hague and not in Pristina.

The lawyer also said he would next week ask the judge in charge of the case to transfer Mitrovic from Podujevo to northern Kosovska Mitrovica, where his family would have better conditions to visit his client.

The Serbs have no credibility, their word means nothing, they have no honor. Sorry guys, Mitrovic will remain in Podujevo until further notice.

The Albanians just want to keep all the Serbian property and homes that they stole. Serbs/Serbia should be suing for property usurped by the Albanians and others.

Whether this man is found guilty or not is irrelevant. All Albanians want is to cause enough grief to any Serb daring to come back and fight for his property, resulting in many being discouraged to go down the same path.
Who wants this life for themselves? How many Serbs will decide to abandon their property because they are just too old or tired to go through this?
If Serbia wants the Serbs to return, they have to ensure that people are not treated this way.

Because few people, if any, would give up a better life in a richer area for life in a poreer area just to make a certain Pegg happy! They need to have a financial incentive to do that...

icj1, the CB of B92, may want to contact the ICTY registrar themselves since a simple search for Harhoff's opinion shows it was published by the ICTY on August 28th, 2013 as part of D60924-D60915 from case IT-03-67-T. This record in fact references the first publication on June 6th and subsequent broader publication date of June 13th. That the ICTY registrar only managed to enter the judges opinion on August 28, 2013 is perhaps a further reflection of the complete incompetencies at the ICTY...thank you for highlighting yet another failure of the ICTY circus.
