I believe Putin is holding off the delivery of the MiGs, tanks, and other weapons procured by Serbia pending this diplomatic status. If I recall, the dates have been amended a few times. I do not blame Putin at all. Serbia could have been armed to the gill by both Russia and Belarus however, the Serbs chose to sit on 10 chairs and alternate between them depending on the direction of the wind. Total death toll in Kosovo 2788, of which many were Serbs Roma and supposed Albanian collaborators. Big genocide. Genocide against Serbs more like in kosovo and Croatia.
