NATO did not try to break Serbia. NATO's goal was to put an end to the excessive and disproportionate use of force in Kosovo by Serbia's army and police and NATO achieved that goal.

NATO did not try to break Serbia. NATO's goal was to put an end to the excessive and disproportionate use of force in Kosovo by Serbia's army and police and NATO achieved that goal.
By the way, Serbia's population has shrunk by more than 9% since mid-1990's. That doesn't sound something that fits the description of a place "doing better than ever"!

NATO did not try to break Serbia. NATO's goal was to put an end to the excessive and disproportionate use of force in Kosovo by Serbia's army and police and NATO achieved that goal.
By the way, Serbia's population has shrunk by more than 9% since mid-1990's. That doesn't sound something that fits the description of a place "doing better than ever"!
