The Albanians had agreed to all those terms long ago, now they will refuse everything and as they grow in large numbers in the Balkans and in their diaspora they'll make sure to repay those that were so cruel to them ten fold. Use your Pristina university qualifications to work this one out. In 1999 there were 1.9 million Albos in Kosovo, but today its just over 900,000 and that includes other ethnic groups LOL.

It is the same pattern that keeps repeating: They were offered a deal, they refused the deal calling it "unacceptable" and talking the same BS about "Serbian history, pride, ancestors, cradle, Jerusalem, 1389, never ever ever" and when the others move on and things change they dig in the past and bring in long dead deals and call it "reality".

Now they want Rambouillet, UNMIK, EULEX, Ahtisaari Agreement and have partnership agreements with NATO. And when Brussels Agreement will die, they will still be calling for "reality" and Brussels Agreement.
They will not stop until the entire eastern europe is inhabited with their ilk.
The right for self determination also allow them to claim independance anywhere in the world, even in China.

Its like talking to a chimp. I know what I attached and yes it talks about a population of 1.9 million of which half million live abroad. The register voter part should be just about 950,000 which includes the people that live abroad and those that live in Kosovo, that is unless babies and school children can vote.
That means for the first time an attempt has been made to talk about “Kosovo’s real population levels”.
In fact the numbers are much higher since in the first 2 months of the great exodus 200,000 Albanians left Kosovo. Even today they are leaving in large numbers so I’ll stick to my figure of just a little over 900,000.

I admit that article is poorly written. It should have stated that “of the 1.9 million that live in Kosovo 500,000 live abroad, and nearly half of the 1.9 million is registered to vote and that includes people living abroad”.
Kosovo has a population of 1.9 million pre-great exodus and today they are leaving regularly so unless your popping out 10 babies per year generally populations decline. As I said its worth while visiting to see the empty villages. I certainly was in Kosovo in 2015 and it surprised me.
1.9 million registered voters is pure fantasy mate and that is why I said the article was badly written. Kosovo has on its books a population of 1.9 million. You cannot have 100% of your population voting since there are children and others not capable of voting, but hey you are Albanians so perhaps everyone can vote.
