People at the top of these monitoring organizations would hid all the weapons coming to Croatia and Bosnia in violation of the arms embargo.

Russia's aircraft donation for Serbia includes one MiG-29A (9.12A) and three MiG-29S (9.13) single-seat fighters, plus a pair of twin-seat MiG-29UB (9.51) trainers. The "donations" from Russia appear to be only junk. Serbia can't afford to repair those rusty old death traps.

Why are Serbs pretending to be shocked? They were the first ones to expel Croats from their homes in the name of greater Serbia. Too bad Croats didn't continue in Bosnia the same. I heard Bosnian Serbs agreed to the peace deal after seeing what "Operation Storm" did to Serbs of Croatia.
This is another Croat that lives in fantasy land where it was Croatia and Slovenia that kept the old Yugoslavia afloat Lol.
Don’t get me wrong I love that Yugoslavia is dead but how far has Croatia progressed? Let’s look at its achievements.
Unemployment? Its even worse than in Serbia.
Loss of Job in 2016 – 40,000. This year it projected to be 65,000.
Emmigration of Croats? Last year in the order of 200,000 this year its between 2000, and 3,000 per month.
Industries that moved to Croatia? None
Lets look at the wonderful tourist dollars earned by Croatia. Croatia puts into the EU fund 3 billion Euros but withdraws 6 billion over a 12 month period. Does this sound like Croatia is a thriving success? Only in fantasy land.
Ps this year’s tourism – June was a total loss and there are only July and August. Who on this planet earns enough money from tourism in a 3 month period to cover costs over a year? NO ONE – pure mythology.
NATO. Well the US donated to the Croatian army 25 Humvees which only needed “a new paint job” but turned out they required rearmament, bullet proof glass and a few other repairs. Last time I looked they are still rusting away in a Zagreb suburb.
However, the US gave Serbia 12 brand new Humvees with their latest equipment and technology to fight terrorism.
This is completely uncontroversial in US because everyone agrees that Serbs were ordered by milosevic to leave and they all followed his instructions. There was not one forced removal of a Serb from Croatia!

After Yugoslavia, Croats are cleaning bathroom stalls in Italian bus stations and serving drinks to Austrian and German tourists on the Dalmatian coast at resorts too expensive for Croats to visit.
I guess being kicked in the face and told to get back to work is worth it if it's coming from someone in Central Europe since if gives you the impression you're part of the same company.
Russia's aircraft donation for Serbia includes one MiG-29A (9.12A) and three MiG-29S (9.13) single-seat fighters, plus a pair of twin-seat MiG-29UB (9.51) trainers. These aircraft are expected to need significant work on them to allow them to serve operationally with the Serbian Air Force until about 2030.
The "donations" from Russia appear to be only junk. Serbia can't afford to repair those rusty old death traps.

Don't stick Milosevic on that list; both Babich and Martic rejected the plan, Milosevic urged them to take it. When they refused, Milosevic pulled out both militarily and politically. When you have hard headed Serbians who have no skills in diplomacy running a government, that's what happens.
At that time, the Croatians were more than happy to give autonomy to the Serbs with UN Support. Its a loss for not only the thousands of Serbs who left there ancestral homes, but also to Croatia which has lost production in the middle of it's state and the rebuilding has been minimal to say the least. Operation Storm was a fait accompli, Milosevic had no intention of sending the Yugoslav army although it was very hard to watch the aftermath of the civilian population.

Croats were also receiving weapons from Germany, including Leopard tanks. A British weapons monitor witnessed these tanks and other equipment and weapons coming into a Croatian port in 1994. But his superiors in the organization ordered him to give a false report to Brussels.
People at the top of these monitoring organizations would hid all the weapons coming to Croatia and Bosnia in violation of the arms embargo.
Weapons were flowing heavily to the Croats and Bosniaks.

Then I guess you do not know of Tito's policies to keep Serbia small and of the disastrous constitution of 1974 which limited the role of Serbia by stripping it of Vojvodina and Kosovo and giving voting powers to them, away from Serbia. This led to Serb feelings of victimization and laid the foundation for Serb nationalism (also in response to Croat nationalism). The irony is that Milosevic used that ill fated constitution later to make Serbia stronger when he installed puppet regimes in Vojvodina and Kosovo thereby making that alliance stronger against the other socialist republics.

Yes- they were integrated directly into German divisions fighting in the Eastern front. The Croatians lost an entire regiment in Stalingrad. They were loyal fighters for Nazism and Hitler, just as for the USA.
