There is are reason why there is extradition treaty, they Killed a US citizen and USA has right to ask for extradition.

It does no matter where you commit the crime if two countries have extraditions you will be shipped jail class - if convinced they should not be asked where to serve they are irrelevant, only thing greece needs to do is to make sure death penalty is off the table.

The US cannot extradite a Serbian citizen who committed a crime in Greece. They would have to seek extradition between Serbia and Greece. The Greek national could be extradited, the Greek government won't let that happen given that this was a bar brawl with questionable intent. The American committed assault on two parties, cutting he girl and throwing a beer bottle hitting and cutting a Serbian youth. The parents who claim the state is not looking after their sons - seriously? They had no problems looking after themselves on this night , they were not looking for the states help then. The cctv footage shows they chased the victim - it was not an accident. Rather than looking for sympathy for your thuggish sons , express your sympathy for both the victim and his family. Recognition and extradition agreement(s) are two different things, Kosovo does not have an extradition agreement with France, Serbia does.
