Change your legal system, root out corruption and then the money will follow. If you have a strong government, natural resources or competent workforce then investments will start to come in.

Regarding Ukrania, very confusing situation because some are Roman Catholic ! I have come accross a few of these Roman Catholic Ukranians and they pretty much very bitter and full of hate towards Eastern Orthodox Slavic people ! I am sure that these Roman Catholic Ukranians are all Nazi puppets today like they were during the 1940's World War Two ! So I have hope for Ukrania, that is positive hope for the ones who are Eastern Orthodox Christians and hope that they can take charge of their Slavic Russian home lands !!!

Why should anyone be forced to choose, Russia is the only European superpower left and it benefits Europe as a whole to work with Russia on everything from trade to security to enegry. Serbia is in a great position at the moment because it has a special relationship with Russia, but is also the next best candidate for EU accession. They can use this to build a bridge between Europe and Russia and hopefully bring Moscow and Brussels closer together. It's a win win for everyone and a Trump card in Serbias arsenal. I'm tired of the Russophobia and fear mongering in western media as it doesn't portray our true feelings towards our brothers and sisters in Russia.
